Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled from the production facility closest to your location for faster delivery.

Production Time: 1 – 6 business days
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & USA: 3 – 7 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 15 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 10 – 18 business days

  • Rest of World: 15 – 25 business days

Delivery times include both production and shipping. Customs clearance or local carrier delays may extend transit times.
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Clothing items and apparel are produced at our main garment facility, while baby items and accessories are fulfilled from our specialized product center to ensure quality and speed.

Refund & Return Policy

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless there is an error on our part.

We’ll replace or refund your order if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your package was lost in transit

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
