Return & Refund Policy

At Ummah Collective, every item is custom-made upon order.
This process allows us to reduce waste and produce responsibly — but it also means we can only accept returns or refunds in specific cases.

We’ll Replace or Refund Your Order If:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • Your package was lost in transit

If any of these apply, please contact us at ummahcollectiveshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description so our team can review it quickly.


We Cannot Accept Returns or Refunds For:

  • Sizing issues (please check our Size Guide before ordering)

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout

  • Color variations that may occur due to different display screens or print processes


Exchanges

Since each item is made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
If a replacement is approved, a new item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
